Sullivan wants rid of Carroll
West Ham will put Andy Carroll up for sale in January.
But just who do the Hammers offload the injury-stricken striker to?
Newcastle would take him back, but only if he agreed to drop his wages - which are in the region of £85,000-a-week.
They would only be prepared to pay a transfer fee around £8million for a player they sold to Liverpool for £35m.

I'm not here to discredit anyone's Carroll stories, but the one time I saw him coming out of a pub was the O'Neils in Soho after we lost to Chelsea. I'd left the game and met with some mates who follow Chelsea and we ended up at the O'Neils at the end of the night and Carroll came out of the boozer sober as a judge with a good looking blonde sort on his arm. He was on loan with us at the time and it was one of the many forgettable game against the rent boys, so much so I can't remember the game, just some big lump handing me some West Ham St George Cross stickers to plaster everywhere, which I did.
But back on topic - Surely if a Premier League player and England international was on the piss constantly, the tabloids would be all over it?

there's lots of stories like Vexed's one flying about. The funniest one i heard was Nolan complaining loudly about Carroll getting on the lash, while on the lash in a pub.

Carroll scored 11 in 19 Premier League games before his transfer to Liverpool, playing mostly alongside Ameobi. Let him recover properly and then let him try his best to do the same along side Valencia and/or Sakho. If he can't, or won't do what is required to do that or breaks down again then sell him.

Apparently our Andrew is out on the lash a lot and is thoroughly enjoying his time off through injury and isn't particularly bothered about getting fit quickly. Was told not to expect to see much of him in the near future.
Sounds promising.

I reckon we need him. He will come back and Vaz Te will be moved on in January. Sahko, Valencia, Carroll and Cole will be our 4. There are many options with those 4. I would rather keep Vaz Te but it looks doubtful doesnt it. and they will want 2 nippy strikers and 2 big men.
Carroll on his day terrorizes defenders and will be a great bulldozer for valencia and Sakho. We have not seeen the best of him so we should keep him to get some worth from him.
I dont like these rumours of his lifestyle at all and would have a word if i ever bumped into him like everyone should, but i do think he suffers from his link to the FUCKING CARTHORSE who slows our play up and makes us look fucking old fashioned and shite. This new team is quick, its strong, it has heart. no more chicken dances for me thanks
